Privacy Policy for Vortex Service on the Google Assistant

Vortex Engineering Pvt Ltd built the Vortex Service Assistant app as a Open Source which was provided by Google Actions executing with the help of Google Assistant. This SERVICE is provided by Vortex Engineering Pvt Ltd at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at Vortex Service Assistant unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

What information this Vortex Services Action on Google will collect?

We are not collecting any information about the user. Nor we are requiring it to login. We do not store any user information or store any information user provide to get information

How do you use the information?

We are not using any information you are giving us. We are using the commands (e.g. Mainapp upgrade, Linux command explanations, Device Service module steps) to understand what you wish to know and give you back the data.

What information do you share?

We won't share information with third parties as part of the service Never.

Using Oauth we are providing access to our organization user to use the (vortex service assistant - Google assistant).

However, changes addressing new functions or features (“New Services”) or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately.
