We DO NOT collect, store, transmit, or share any personally identifiable information (PII)** such as your name, email address, phone number, location, or contact list.

B. Audio and Device Media Files

-Local Audio Storage Access (`READ_MEDIA_AUDIO` / `READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE`)**: The App accesses audio files stored locally on your device solely to display, organize, and play your music tracks within the App. Your audio files are processed entirely offline on your device and are **never uploaded** to any external server.

- **Audio Session and Hardware Equalizer (`MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS` & `RECORD_AUDIO`)**: Used exclusively to apply real-time hardware audio amplification, 5-band equalizer gains, 3D bass boost effects, and audio frequency visualizers. We do not record, store, or transmit your audio output.

C. App Preferences and Local Data

Your custom playlists, favorite tracks list, equalizer preset settings, sleep timer preferences, and custom lyrics are saved **locally on your device** using `SharedPreferences`. This data remains strictly on your device and is erased if you clear app data or uninstall the App.

To provide core audio enhancement and playback features, the App requests the following device permissions:

The App functions as an offline audio utility and player:

- We **do not** use third-party tracking software or behavioral analytics SDKs that collect personal data.

- The App does not require user registration, sign-in, or account creation.

Our App is intended for a general audience and is compliant with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (**COPPA**) and General Data Protection Regulation (**GDPR**). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
