Volumax – Air CBM Calculator

This Privacy Policy describes how Volumax ("we", "our", or "the app") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following information:

• Account data: Email address, name, and country when you create an account or sign in with Apple.

• Calculation history: Dimensions, CBM results, and reference names you save (Premium users).

• App preferences: Default units, volume factor, rounding mode, and language settings.

• Usage data: Number of free calculations used, subscription status.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the app (CBM calculations, history, account management).

• Process subscriptions and restore purchases.

• Improve the app and fix issues.

• Comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Firebase (Google Cloud). Account and history data are associated with your user ID and protected by industry-standard security measures.

4. Third-Party Services

We use:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication and cloud database.

• Apple Sign In: For account creation and login.

• StoreKit: For in-app purchases (Premium subscriptions).

These services have their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing them.

5. Guest Mode

You can use the app as a guest without creating an account. In guest mode, we do not store personal data. Calculation history is not saved for guest users.

6. Your Rights

You can:

• Access and update your profile in Settings.

• Delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Account Actions.

• Request a copy of your data or its deletion by contacting us.

7. Children

Volumax is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email.
