da bear is highly regarded as the best game Dr. Pour has ever made, due to it being a game about Dr. Pour's OC and his universe. Its also the most originality out of any project Pour has created before. The game is also meant to be DA Bear's finalized backstory, being a perfect mix of serious and comedic stupidity.

The game got a major update called da bear.+, drastically upgrading the visuals and character designs being changed, also adding a radio amongst other changes.

A Week 2, 3, and 4 are all planned, but only Week 2 was meant to be revealed as the full 4 weeks would take a long time, but Pour had sent pictures of a collection of the da bear weeks to TheFantasticAero, who had actually been hacked at the time. The hacker posted the screenshots to GameJolt, thus leaking the fact that an additional 3 weeks were happening.

*A week 5 was considered, but scrapped after it was realized that it followed a different plot from the first 4 weeks.

A spinoff of da bear, titled Project Hudson, is planned. Its unknown when this project will release.
