Mobile Application "Stayed True"

1. General Provisions
This Privacy Policy describes the procedure for collecting and processing information
in the mobile application "Stayed True" (hereinafter — the "Application").
By using the Application, you confirm that you have read this Policy
and agree to its terms.
The Application is intended exclusively for persons who have reached the age of 18.
By using the Application, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
If this is not the case — stop using the Application immediately.
The Application is developed by an independent developer operating under
the pseudonym ANULIA (hereinafter — "we").
All disputes arising in connection with the use of the Application are resolved
in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. By using the Application,
you agree to this jurisdiction.

2. Application Content and Age Restrictions
"Stayed True" is a documentary platform that collects and publishes real
testimonies of people who have survived captivity, torture, war, and other events.
The purpose of the platform is to preserve the living memory of eyewitnesses,
to document crimes against humanity, and to provide access to these testimonies
for educational and research purposes. All materials are published exclusively
with the written consent of their authors.
The content of the platform is not created for the purpose of entertainment,
shock, propaganda of violence, or incitement of hatred. The materials reflect
the real experiences of people without artistic embellishment — which is precisely
why the materials may contain profanity, detailed descriptions of physical and
psychological violence, torture, death, as well as testimonies about war crimes,
crimes against civilians, and other grave events. The Application is intended
exclusively for adult users. By registering and using the Application, you confirm
that you have reached the age of 18 and are making a conscious decision to view
materials of this nature.
The Application developer ANULIA acts exclusively as a technical intermediary:
providing publication, storage, and access to materials. The Application developer
ANULIA is not the owner of the content and does not verify or refute the facts
stated therein. Responsibility for the content, accuracy, reliability, and
lawfulness of each material rests exclusively with its author.
The Application developer ANULIA bears no responsibility for any psychological,
emotional, or other impact of the content on the user — viewing materials is
a conscious and voluntary choice of each individual.
All materials are subject to the copyright of their authors. Copying, reproducing,
distributing, or publishing any materials without the written consent of the author
is prohibited. The Application developer ANULIA bears no responsibility for
unauthorized distribution of content by third parties. Users do not have the ability
to independently upload or publish materials through the Application.
3. Access to the Application
The Application is a closed platform. Full access to the content is granted
exclusively upon receiving personal permission from an administrator.
We reserve the right to deny or revoke access without explanation.
4. What Information We Collect
4.1. Data you provide to us
When registering via Google or Apple, we receive exclusively the email address
associated with your account. We do not collect or request any other personal
data — first name, last name, date of birth, phone number, or address.
4.2. Technical data (collected automatically)
We use Google Firebase services, which automatically collect:
information about crashes and errors in the Application's operation
(Firebase Crashlytics);
aggregated analytics of behavior within the Application (Firebase Analytics):
screen views, session duration, element interactions;
data stored in the Firebase Firestore database: the status of your account
(active/inactive), registration date.
This data is collected in anonymized or aggregated form and does not allow
you to be personally identified, with the exception of the email address
associated with your account.
5. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data exclusively for:
identifying your account and providing access to the Application;
ensuring the technical functioning and stable operation of the Application;
detecting and resolving technical failures (Crashlytics);
analyzing general usage metrics to improve the Application (Analytics);
contacting you when necessary (for example, changes to terms or technical issues).
We do NOT use your data for advertising, do not sell it to third parties,
and do not transfer it to commercial partners.
6. Transfer of Data to Third Parties
Your email address and technical data may be accessible to a limited number
of technical partners exclusively within the scope of ensuring the Application's
operation:
Google LLC (Firebase Authentication, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics,
Firebase Firestore) — as a technical infrastructure provider.

Apple Inc. — with regard to authentication via Apple ID (if applicable).
The aforementioned services operate in accordance with their own privacy policies
and are not permitted to use your data for other purposes.
The Application is distributed via Google Play and the App Store. The use of
these platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Data Retention
Account data is stored for the entire duration of its existence. Following account
deletion, personal data is deleted within 30 calendar days, unless otherwise
required by law. Anonymized analytical data may be retained for longer periods
for statistical purposes.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
obtain information about the data we store;
request the correction of inaccurate data;
request the deletion of your personal data;
withdraw consent for data processing;
delete your account directly in the Application
(section "Settings" → "Delete Account").

We will process your request within 30 (thirty) calendar days.
9. Data Security
We implement technical measures to protect your data: transmission between
the Application and servers is carried out with encryption (HTTPS/TLS).
However, no internet system can guarantee absolute protection, and we bear
no responsibility for events arising as a result of actions by third parties
or circumstances beyond our control.
10. International Data Transfers
Firebase services (Google LLC) may store and process your data on servers
located outside Ukraine and the EU, including in the United States.
Google LLC complies with data protection standards in accordance with applicable
law, including the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) mechanism to ensure
an adequate level of protection.
11. Local Storage on Device
The Application stores on your device: an authorization token (so you do not
need to enter a password each time you log in), cached texts and images
(for faster content loading without internet), and a Firebase session
technical identifier. This data is stored exclusively on your device,
is not transmitted to third parties, and does not provide access to other
files or functions of your phone.
12. Disclaimer
The Application is provided "as is" without any warranties.
The Application developer ANULIA bears no responsibility for:
any direct or indirect damage caused as a result of using or being unable
to use the Application;
temporary unavailability of the Application for any reason;
consequences of the Application being used by persons under the age of 18
who provided false information about their age;
the Application developer ANULIA reserves the right to discontinue
the operation of the Application at any time without notice and without
any obligations to users;
actions or failures on the part of third parties
(Google LLC, Apple Inc., and other providers);
temporary or permanent unavailability of the Application due to circumstances
beyond the developer's control, including infrastructure failures,
force majeure, or actions of government authorities.
13. Changes to the Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to make changes to this Policy. In the event of significant
changes, we will notify you by posting an updated version in the Application
or by sending a notification to your email address.
Continued use of the Application after the changes take effect constitutes
your agreement to the updated Policy.
