If something isn’t working as expected, try the following:
Restart the app
Check your internet connection
Ensure microphone & speech recognition permissions are enabled
Update the app to the latest version
If premium features are locked → tap Restore Purchases inside the app
If the issue continues, email us with:
Device model
iOS version
App version
Screenshots or screen recording (if possible)
If you’ve subscribed but don’t see premium features unlocked:
Tap Restore Purchases in the app
Confirm you’re signed in with the same Apple ID used for purchase
Restart the ap
