Voice Changer (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information, your rights, and legal compliance globally.
We collect and process limited personal information required to provide account services, manage points, and deliver AI voice features.
Voice Changer collects the following data only for processing:
User-generated audio: When using the app to record or upload audio for voice changing, your audio file is temporarily stored in Firebase Storage and submitted to Resemble AI for voice synthesis.
App Usage Analytics (Firebase Analytics)
Voice Changer uses Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) to collect anonymous app usage and interaction data to help us analyze how users interact with the app and improve product performance, stability, and user experience.
The analytics data collected may include:
App interaction events (such as feature usage and button clicks)
Session duration and frequency
App version information
Device and operating system information (e.g., OS version)
An anonymous app instance identifier automatically generated by Firebase Analytics
IP addresses: Firebase Analytics may process IP addresses for geolocation and service operation purposes, but these are not linked to individual users.
Voice or Sound Recordings
The app collects audio recorded via the microphone (RECORD_AUDIO permission) only when the user chooses to record or upload audio for voice transformation. These recordings are temporarily stored in Firebase Storage and sent to Resemble AI for processing. They are not linked to device identifiers or personal profiles and are deleted immediately after processing.
Device Identifiers (Ad ID)
The app may access the device's Advertising ID (Ad ID) using com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID. This is used solely to generate anonymous, aggregated analytics for app usage and performance. The Ad ID is not linked to any audio content, personal identifiers, or user profile.
This analytics data:
Is collected in an aggregated and anonymized manner
Is not linked to uploaded audio content
Is not linked to user identity
Is not used for advertising, marketing, or user profiling purposes
Voice Changer does not collect analytics data such as:
Phone numbers
Precise location data
Advertising identifiers for marketing
Cross-app or cross-service tracking information
Device identifiers: Firebase Analytics may process device identifiers (such as Android ID or advertising ID) to generate anonymous analytics about app usage and performance. These identifiers are not linked to individual users and are used only in aggregated or anonymized form. No personal profile is created.
Camory Analytics may process anonymous device identifiers for statistical purposes. This data is not linked to personal identity and is not shared with third parties for marketing.
Account Information: When you use Google One Tap Sign-In, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture URL provided by Google. This is used to create and manage your user account, synchronize your VIP status, and track your points balance.
Financial and Transaction Information: To provide VIP services and manage the associated points system, we collect Purchase History (transaction IDs and receipts) via Google Play Billing. This data is used to verify purchases and credit points to your account. We do not collect or store your credit card numbers or direct payment methods; these are handled securely by Google Play.
App Permissions:
The app may request the following Android permissions to function properly:
RECORD_AUDIO (Microphone): Used to record audio for voice transformation.
INTERNET: Used to upload audio to cloud services, download processed audio, access the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service pages, and transmit anonymized analytics events to Firebase Analytics.
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Used to check network availability for uploading or downloading audio.
POST_NOTIFICATIONS : Used to send you timely alerts regarding special promotional offers, discount activities, and reminders before these offers expire, ensuring you don't miss out on savings.
Dynamic Receiver Not Exported: Used internally by the app to receive specific system broadcasts safely and securely.
Read Gservices: Used to check Google Play services availability required for cloud audio processing.
Access Adservices Ad Id (`android.permission.ACCESS_ADSERVICES_AD_ID`) and Ad Id (`com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID`): Used to access a device's advertising ID for anonymous analytics and app usage tracking. No personal identifiers or audio content are collected or shared.
Access Adservices Attribution (`android.permission.ACCESS_ADSERVICES_ATTRIBUTION`) and Bind Get Install Referrer Service (`com.google.android.finsky.permission.BIND_GET_INSTALL_REFERRER_SERVICE`): Used to analyze app installation sources and attribution in an anonymized manner. These do not collect personal data or track users across apps.
Wake Lock (`android.permission.WAKE_LOCK`): Allows the app to keep the device CPU active during processing tasks such as uploading audio files for voice transformation. This is necessary for app functionality and does not collect user data.
Data Transfer and Storage: The collected anonymous data is securely transmitted and stored on servers located in mainland China. For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we implement standard contractual clauses (SCCs) or other valid transfer mechanisms to ensure your data receives an equivalent level of protection.
Data Collection and Usage
To improve product experience and feature performance, this app uses a behavioral analytics service provided by Camory Apps (camoryapps.com).
This service collects only anonymous in-app usage data (such as feature clicks, usage frequency, and time spent on certain functions).
It does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII), including names, email addresses, voice recordings, audios, videos, or device identifiers.
Data Transfer and Storage
The collected anonymous data is securely transmitted and stored on servers located in mainland China (https://www.camoryapps.com).
This data is used solely for statistical analysis and product optimization and will not be shared, sold, or used for advertising or tracking purposes.
Data Security
Both Camory Apps and this application follow strict data security standards, including encrypted communication (HTTPS/TLS) and access control mechanisms, to ensure the safety of data during transmission and storage.
User Rights
Users can disable analytics-related features at any time through the app settings (if available). Once disabled, the app will stop uploading behavioral data immediately.
Data is collected solely to:
Enable voice recording and upload.
Process audio via AI voice changer (Resemble AI).
Return the generated voice to the user’s device.
Analyze anonymous app usage behavior to improve app functionality, performance, and user experience
Marketing and Promotions: To notify you of limited-time discounts, new feature launches, and event deadlines via push notifications (only if permission is granted).
Account Management and Synchronization: To allow you to access your VIP benefits and points balance across different devices.
Points System Functionality: To credit points based on your VIP status/purchases and deduct them when using AI voice features.
3. Data Sharing with Third Parties
Voice Changer only shares data as strictly necessary to provide its services:
• Resemble AI: Receives user-submitted audio files solely for voice transformation processing.
• Firebase Storage (Google LLC): Temporarily stores audio files during processing. Audio files are deleted immediately after processing.
• Firebase Analytics (Google LLC): Receives anonymized app usage data for internal analytics and product improvement. No personal identifiers or audio content are shared.
• Camory Analytics (Camory Apps): Receives anonymous in-app usage data for statistical analysis and product optimization. The data is not used for advertising, marketing, or user profiling.
• Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC): Receives crash logs and diagnostic data to help improve app stability and performance. This may include anonymized device identifiers and app version information. No personal identifiers or audio content are shared.
• Firebase Logging / API Services (firebaselogging-pa.googleapis.com, googleapis.com): Used for anonymized analytics event logging and temporary storage of app-related data. Data is processed in aggregated or anonymized form
We do not sell personal data and do not share data with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing partners.
Audio files: User audio files are processed in temporary cloud storage and are automatically deleted within 60 minutes after the processed file is delivered to the user device. We do not store any voice recordings on our servers for longer than necessary to complete your request.
Analytics data: Anonymous usage data collected via Firebase Analytics is retained according to Google’s default retention settings and is used solely in aggregated and anonymized form to improve app functionality, performance, and user experience. Analytics data is never linked to individual users.
Retention rationale: Audio files are kept only as long as necessary to complete the requested voice transformation. Analytics data is retained according to Google’s default retention period to allow analysis of app performance and improvements.
Account Data: We retain your account information (email, points balance, and purchase history) for as long as your account is active. If you choose to delete your account, this information will be permanently removed from our active databases within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations to retain transaction records.
All processed audio is delivered directly to the user’s device and is not retained on our servers.
In addition to automatic deletion, users may also request manual deletion of any temporary data as described in Section 5.
Users have the following rights under applicable privacy laws (such as GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, and VCDPA):
Right to access: Request confirmation of whether any audio data is still being processed.
Right to deletion: Request deletion of any temporary audio data that may still exist on our systems.
Right to rectification (correction): You have the right to request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data. Most data processed by the app (such as uploaded audio files) is temporary and automatically deleted after processing, and analytics data is collected in an aggregated and anonymized form.

Under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), Virginia residents have the right to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. Users have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority if they believe their privacy rights have been violated.

No personal data is processed for marketing, profiling, or any other purpose without explicit consent.
Anonymous analytics data collected via Firebase Analytics is processed in an aggregated and anonymized manner and is not used to identify individual users.

No personal data is processed for marketing, profiling, or advertising purposes.
Audio files uploaded to Firebase or Resemble AI are encrypted in transit.

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect data.
Voice Changer is not intended for children under 13 (or local age of consent). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Voice Changer may update this Privacy Policy. Updates will be posted in-app or on our website.

Note: All user audio submitted to Resemble AI is for voice processing only and does not involve personal identifiers. Users are referred to Resemble AI’s policy for detailed handling of uploaded audio.Your audio files are used solely for the specific voice transformation request and are not used to train or improve our AI foundation models or those of our third-party processors.
