This Privacy Policy describes how UltraTech Apps ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our mobile application Voice Journal: AI Mood Tracker (the "App").
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.
When you create an account, we may collect:

Name/Username: Used to personalize your profile.
Voice Recordings: The audio files you record within the App.
Transcripts: The text converted from your voice recordings.
Journal Entries: Mood scores, emotions, tags, and notes associated with your recordings.

AI Analysis: To generate mood scores, emotional summaries, and behavioral insights using third-party AI services (Deepgram for transcription, DeepSeek for analysis).

Improvement: To analyze usage trends and improve the App's functionality and user experience.
Communication: To send you important updates regarding the App (we do not send spam).
We do not sell your personal data. However, we use trusted third-party services to provide core App functionalities. These services may process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies:
Deepgram (Speech-to-Text): Used to transcribe your voice recordings into text.
DeepSeek (AI Analysis): Used to analyze transcripts for mood, emotions, and insights.
Firebase (Google): Used for authentication, database storage, and analytics.
Superwall: Used for managing subscriptions and paywalls.
Note on AI Processing: Your audio and text data are sent to these AI providers solely for the purpose of generating your journal analysis. We do not use your data to train public AI models.
Local Storage: Your journal entries, audio files, and analysis results are primarily stored locally on your device using Hive database technology.
Cloud Storage: If you create an account, your data may be synced to secure cloud servers (Firebase) to allow access across multiple devices.
Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
Access & Update: You can access and update your profile information within the App settings.
Delete Data: You can delete individual journal entries or your entire account directly within the App. Deleting your account will permanently remove your data from our servers.
Opt-Out: You can opt-out of promotional communications (if any) by following the unsubscribe instructions.
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information immediately.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
