Voda(이하 '앱' / hereinafter referred to as the 'App')는 사용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 및 Google Play의 사용자 데이터 정책을 철저히 준수합니다. 본 개인정보 처리방침은 앱이 어떤 데이터를 수집하고, 어떻게 사용하며, 어떻게 보호하는지 설명합니다. Voda highly values your privacy and strictly complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and Google Play's User Data Policy. This Privacy Policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.

제1조 (수집·처리하는 개인정보의 항목 및 목적) / Article 1 (Information Collected and Purpose of Use) 앱은 원활한 서비스 제공을 위해 아래와 같은 데이터를 수집 및 처리합니다. 앱은 기능 구현에 반드시 필요한 최소한의 권한과 데이터만 요청합니다. The App collects and processes the following data to provide seamless services. The App only requests the minimum permissions and data necessary to implement its features.

1. 계정 및 기기 식별자 / Account and Device Identifier (UID & Android ID)

• 수집 항목 / Collected Data: Firebase Auth 고유 식별자(UID) 및 기기 식별자(Settings.Secure.ANDROID_ID)

• 이용 목적 / Purpose: 익명 로그인 및 Google 로그인을 통한 사용자 식별, 계정 연동, 서비스 이용 상태(분석 토큰 잔여량, Pro 요금제 구독 여부 등) 관리 / To identify users via anonymous and Google logins, link accounts, and manage service status (e.g., remaining tokens, Pro subscription status).

• 처리 방식 / Processing: Firebase Firestore(Google Cloud)에 암호화 통신을 통해 저장되며, 이름 등의 개인 식별 정보와 결합되지 않습니다. / Stored securely via encrypted communication in Firebase Firestore (Google Cloud) and is not combined with personally identifiable information such as names.

2. 스크린샷 이미지 데이터 / Screenshot Image Data

• 요청 권한 / Permissions: READ_MEDIA_IMAGES (Android 13+) / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android 12-)

• 이용 목적 / Purpose: 스크린샷 이미지 감지 및 AI(Google Gemini) 텍스트 분석 결과 오버레이 제공 / To detect screenshots and provide AI (Google Gemini) text analysis results via overlay.

• 처리 방식 / Processing: 감지된 이미지는 분석을 위해 Google Gemini API(서버)로 안전하게 전송됩니다. 앱 내 히스토리 조회를 위해 기기 내부에 WebP 형태로 로컬 저장됩니다. / Detected images are securely transmitted to Google Gemini API (server) for analysis. They are also stored locally in WebP format on the device for the in-app history feature.

3. Google 계정 정보 (이메일) / Google Account Information (Email)

• 수집 항목 / Collected Data: 사용자의 Google 계정 이메일 주소 / User's Google account email address.

• 이용 목적 / Purpose: Google 로그인을 통한 계정 연동 및 다중 기기 간 데이터 동기화, 분석 히스토리 데이터를 개인 Google Drive에 백업 및 복원하기 위한 인증 / For account linking via Google Login, data synchronization across multiple devices, and authentication to back up and restore history data to personal Google Drive.

• 처리 방식 / Processing: Firebase Auth를 통해 안전하게 관리되며, 인증 및 계정 관리 용도로만 사용됩니다. / Managed securely via Firebase Auth and used solely for authentication and account management.

4. 앱 사용 통계 / App Usage Statistics (Local Processing Only)

• 요청 권한 / Permissions: PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS

• 이용 목적 / Purpose: 사용자가 지정한 특정 앱에서만 스크린샷 분석 오버레이가 활성화되도록 기능 제공 / To activate the overlay only in specific apps designated by the user.

• 처리 방식 / Processing: 이 데이터는 기기 내부에서만 처리되며, 어떠한 경우에도 외부 서버로 전송되거나 저장되지 않습니다. / This data is processed entirely locally on the device and is never transmitted to or stored on external servers.

5. 결제 및 구독 정보 / Payment and Subscription Information

• 수집 항목 / Collected Data: 구매 토큰(purchaseToken) 및 구독 상태 정보 / Purchase token and subscription status.

• 이용 목적 / Purpose: Pro 플랜 구독 처리 및 프리미엄 기능 제공 / To process Pro plan subscriptions and provide premium features.

• 처리 방식 / Processing: 실제 결제 처리는 Google Play Billing 시스템을 통해 안전하게 이루어집니다. / Actual payment processing is securely handled by Google Play Billing.

제2조 (계정 탈퇴 및 데이터 삭제 방법) / Article 2 (Account Deletion and Data Removal) ⭐[신설] 사용자는 언제든지 본인의 계정과 데이터를 완전히 삭제할 권리가 있습니다. Users have the right to completely delete their account and data at any time.

• 앱 내 탈퇴 / In-App Deletion: 앱 내 [설정 > 계정 탈퇴] 메뉴를 통해 즉시 계정 및 연동된 서버 데이터를 영구 삭제할 수 있습니다. / You can instantly and permanently delete your account and linked server data via the [Settings > Delete Account] menu in the App.

• 웹을 통한 탈퇴 요청 / Deletion Request via Web: 앱을 이미 삭제하셨거나 접근할 수 없는 경우, 본 방침 하단의 **'제8조 문의처(이메일: kimwoony91@gmail.com)'**로 가입하신 계정 정보(이메일 또는 익명 UID)를 기재하여 삭제를 요청해 주시면 지체 없이 영구 파기해 드립니다. / If you have uninstalled the App, you can request account and data deletion by sending an email with your account info to our contact address (kimwoony91@gmail.com) listed in Article 8 below.

제3조 (개인정보의 제3자 제공 및 위탁) / Article 3 (Third-Party Services) 앱은 원활하고 안정적인 서비스 제공을 위해 아래의 신뢰할 수 있는 제3자 서비스를 이용합니다. The App uses the following trusted third-party services to provide reliable services.

• Google Gemini API (Google LLC): 이미지 텍스트 분석 / Image text analysis

• Firebase Authentication & Firestore (Google LLC): 사용자 계정 인증 및 상태 데이터베이스 저장 / User account authentication and database for user status

• Google Drive API (Google LLC): 히스토리 데이터 개인 클라우드 백업 / Personal cloud backup of history data

• Google AdMob (Google LLC): 맞춤형 광고 송출 / Personalized advertising

• Google Play Billing (Google LLC): 인앱 결제 처리 / In-app purchase processing

제4조 (개인정보의 보존 및 파기) / Article 4 (Data Retention and Deletion)

• 기기 로컬 데이터 / Local Device Data: 앱 삭제 시 기기에 저장된 모든 로컬 데이터(히스토리 이미지 등)는 즉시 자동 파기됩니다. / All local data (e.g., history images) is automatically deleted when the App is uninstalled.

• 서버 데이터 / Server Data (Firestore): 사용자가 앱 내에서 계정 탈퇴를 진행하거나 이메일로 데이터 삭제를 요청할 경우, Firestore에 저장된 식별자(UID) 및 연동 데이터는 지체 없이 즉시 영구 파기됩니다. / If a user deletes their account in-app or requests data deletion via email, the identifier (UID) and linked data stored in Firestore will be permanently deleted without delay.

• Google Drive 백업 데이터 / Google Drive Backup: 사용자가 본인의 Google 계정 설정에서 직접 데이터를 관리 및 삭제할 수 있습니다. / Users can manage and delete this data directly in their Google account settings.

제5조 (사용자 권리 및 행사 방법) / Article 5 (User Rights) 사용자는 기기의 설정 메뉴를 통해 앱에 부여한 권한을 철회할 수 있으며, 앱 내 기능을 통해 본인의 히스토리 데이터를 열람하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다. 데이터의 완전한 삭제를 원하시는 경우 하단의 이메일로 요청해 주시기 바랍니다. Users may withdraw app permissions at any time through their device settings. Users can also view or delete their history data within the App. For complete data deletion, please contact us via the email below.

제6조 (아동의 개인정보 보호) / Article 6 (Children's Privacy) 본 앱은 만 14세(또는 거주 국가의 법정 연령) 미만 아동을 주요 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. This App does not target children under the age of 14 (or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction) and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

제7조 (맞춤형 광고 송출) / Article 7 (Personalized Advertising) 무료 사용자에게 광고를 제공하기 위해 Google AdMob SDK를 사용하며, 이 과정에서 광고 식별자(GAID)가 수집될 수 있습니다. 사용자는 기기 설정에서 맞춤형 광고 수신을 거부할 수 있습니다. We use Google AdMob SDK to provide ads to non-subscribed users, which may collect Google Advertising ID (GAID). Users can opt out of personalized ads in their device settings.
