Vocal Range Test uses your microphone to detect pitch and determine your vocal range. Microphone access is only used while you are actively taking a vocal range test.

No. The app analyzes microphone input in real time to measure pitch and determine your vocal range.
How do I use the app?

Open the Test tab.
Tap Start Test.
Sing your lowest comfortable note when prompted.
Sing your highest comfortable note when prompted.
View your results.

Try the following:
Ensure microphone permission is enabled.
Move to a quieter environment.
Sing a steady note rather than speaking.
Hold the device at a comfortable distance from your mouth.
