Privacy Policy for ProVocab: English to Bangla Last Updated: April 2026

1. Introduction T75 (Md Mahbubur Rahman Tusher) built the "ProVocab: English to Bangla" app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by T75 at no cost and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decides to use my Service.

2. Information Collection and Use For a better experience while using our Service, I may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that I request will be retained on your device and securely stored on our servers.

• Account Information: We collect your Name and Email Address when you register using Email/Password or Google Sign-In via Firebase Authentication.

• App Activity: We track your vocabulary progress, quiz scores, and daily streaks to provide the core gamification features of the app.

• Device Data (Images): The app requests access to your device's photo gallery strictly for the purpose of allowing you to upload a custom profile picture.

3. Third-Party Services The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. The main service provider used by this app is Google Firebase (Authentication and Firestore Database). All data transmitted between the app and Firebase is encrypted in transit.

4. Local Storage The app uses local device storage (Hive) to save your vocabulary words offline and remember your local preferences (such as Notification settings).

5. Account and Data Deletion (Important) App Name: ProVocab: English to Bangla Developer: T75

In compliance with Google Play's User Data policies, if you have created an account on ProVocab: English to Bangla and wish to completely delete your account and all associated personal data (including email, name, quiz scores, and profile picture), you can request deletion at any time.

How to delete your account and data: Send an email to mdmahbuburrahmantusher@gmail.com with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request - ProVocab". Please send the email from the address associated with your account, or include the email address in the body of the message. We will permanently delete your account and wipe all associated data from our Firebase servers within 3 to 5 business days.

6. Children’s Privacy These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, I immediately delete this from our servers.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy I may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
