Vlad Ayzenberg

Principal Investigator

Vlad is an incoming Assistant Professor of Psychology and Neuroscience at Temple University. He is interested in understanding mechanisms underlying early developing cognitive and perceptual abilities. His work takes a multi-modal approach drawing on tools from psychology, neuroscience, and artificial intelligence. Before joining Temple as faculty, Vlad earned a PhD from Emory University and was a postdoctoral fellow at Carnegie Mellon and the University of Pennsylvania. Vlad was born in Kiev, Ukraine and was raised just outside Philadelphia, where he obtained a BA right here at Temple.

Assistant Pawfessor

Mobi completed his dogtoral degree at Camp Bow Wow in Pittsburgh where he (unsuccessfully) studied inhibitory control. He then went on to a postdog position at Carnegie Mellon University where his work centered on active motor prediction of small object trajectories (frisbees). He is currently on sabbatical conducting field research (hunting squirrels).
