I am an Assistant Professor at NTU, Singapore in the Operations Management Area. In my reseach I study human behavior across digital platforms such as last-mile delivery, food delivery, and healthtech using Field Experiments, Econometrics, and Machine Learning. I teach Business Analytics, SCM, and ML from UGs to Executives. 

I serve as the OM PhD Area Coordinator. I am an Associate Editor for the Decision Sciences Journal. You can find my CV here. I am a trained painter.
