Shipping & Delivery Policy – ViViD Global Services

At ViViD Global Services (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), we are committed to processing and delivering both digital products and, where applicable, physical products in a timely and professional manner.
⚠️ Legal Disclaimer: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ViViD Global Services assumes no legal responsibility, liability, or obligation for delays, failures, damages, loss, or consequences related to the delivery of digital or physical products. All risks are borne solely by the customer.
We provide two types of deliveries:
Delivery is electronic only (via email, secure portal, activation keys, or download links).
Orders are processed after receipt of full payment.
Delivery is usually instant to 48 hours, unless technical or verification checks apply.
⚠️ Disclaimer: We are not responsible for delays due to payment gateway errors, internet issues, spam/junk filtering, incorrect email addresses, or customer-side technical problems.
In rare cases, we may provide physical products such as packaged software, devices, or printed materials. Delivery methods may include:
Hand Delivery (within designated service areas).
Courier/Logistics Providers (third-party partners).

Risk of damage, delay, or loss passes to the customer immediately upon dispatch/hand-over to courier or representative.
ViViD is not liable for courier delays, misplacement, theft, tampering, handling damages, or failed delivery attempts.
Insurance, if desired, is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Orders are accepted and processed only after full payment is confirmed.
Customers must provide complete, accurate delivery details (email, phone, address).
Any errors or delays caused by incorrect information are the customer’s responsibility.

Digital Products: Processed from 2 working days to within 21 working days or as discussed or agreed as mutual discussion for long tenure projects.
Physical Products: Delivery timelines vary depending on courier, location, and logistics.

If you do not receive your digital product, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours) using details on our website.
For physical products, please track with the courier using the tracking details provided.

Customer’s failure to check email, spam folders, or tracking details.
Courier delays, strikes, customs issues, or natural events.
Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability.
Digital Products: Once credentials, activation keys, or links are sent, delivery is considered complete.
Physical Products: Delivery is deemed complete once handed to courier or recipient.

ViViD bears no responsibility for damage, theft, tampering, or loss in transit.
Customers accept full risk once the product leaves our possession.
Any claims must be raised directly with the courier/logistics provider.
Customers must:
Ensure their IT environment supports digital product access.
Ensure safe receipt of physical deliveries (availability at delivery address, secure storage).
Inspect and report any courier-handled damage claims directly to the courier.
⚠️ Disclaimer: Failure to meet these responsibilities releases ViViD from all liability.
We shall not be liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Internet or server outages.
Courier strikes, delays, or mismanagement.
Power failures, natural disasters, accidents, pandemics.
Cyberattacks, fraud checks, or government restrictions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
ViViD shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delivery or non-delivery of any product.
Our total liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to the value of the product or services provided, irrespective of the cost, and shall not exceed INR 1,000. This will be determined at our sole discretion.
By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ViViD Global Services, its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, disputes, or damages related to delivery of digital or physical products.
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
Disputes shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Vasai, or Mumbai, India, in English.
We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated policy.
By purchasing from ViViD Global Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
We assume no legal responsibility, liability, or obligation for delivery timelines, damages, or failures.
Delivery is deemed complete once dispatched (for physical products) or sent electronically (for digital products).
All risks, including delay, damage, loss, theft, or misuse, are entirely borne by the customer.
