Refund Policy – ViViD Global Services
Effective Date: 01 January, 2025.
At ViViD Global Services (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products and services, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy.
All purchases made through our websites, platforms, authorized representatives, or any third-party channels are final, non-refundable, and non-reversible. By completing a purchase with us, you expressly agree to this Refund Policy.
Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
Change of mind after purchase.
Accidental, duplicate, or mistaken orders.
Customer dissatisfaction or expectation mismatch.
Service delays, interruptions, or performance issues.
Wrong product/service selection by the customer.
Technical incompatibility, device limitations, or user error.
Delays, loss, or damage during courier delivery of physical goods.
Failure to utilize or access digital services/products.
2. Digital Products & Services
Digital purchases (e.g., software licenses, downloads, activation keys, IT services, consultancy, professional services, or any electronically delivered products) are processed timely, as per our terms and conditions of delivery policy and once payment is confirmed.
They cannot be refunded, reversed, reissued, or credited under any circumstances.
Customers are solely responsible for verifying suitability, compatibility and sustainability before purchase.
Physical items, if offered, are non-refundable once sold.
We assume no liability for delays, damages, or loss in courier delivery.
Refunds will not be provided for damaged or undelivered items.
We do not provide store credit, promotional credit, replacement items, or alternative compensation in place of refunds.
All sales are treated as final transactions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
ViViD Global Services shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from denial of refunds.
If liability is ever legally imposed, it shall be strictly limited to the amount INR 1,000/- with no obligation to provide a refund.
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless ViViD Global Services, its owners, directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, disputes, or demands arising from refund-related issues.
This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be settled exclusively through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Vasai, or Mumbai, India, in English.
Class actions and collective claims against ViViD Global Services are expressly waived and strictly prohibited.
By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree that:
No refunds are available under any circumstances.
ViViD Global Services assumes no responsibility, liability, or obligation for dissatisfaction, damages, or inability to use products/services.
Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the purchased service/product.
