Exchange Policy – ViViD Global Services
Effective Date: 01 January, 2025.
At ViViD Global Services (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), we strive to ensure clarity and transparency regarding purchases of our digital products, digital services, and physical goods (where applicable).
This Exchange Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to all purchases made through our platforms, websites, or authorized representatives.
All sales made by ViViD Global Services are final and binding.
We do not offer any form of exchange, replacement, substitution, or modification of purchased products or services — whether digital, professional services or physical.
This applies under all circumstances, including but not limited to:
Change of mind, dissatisfaction, or preference.
Mistaken orders or accidental purchases.
Technical incompatibility on customer’s systems.
Delays in delivery, internet issues, or spam filtering.
Damage or loss of physical goods after dispatch.
Promotional offers, discounts, or package deals introduced after purchase.
Digital services (licenses, activation keys, subscriptions, downloads, consultancy hours, professional services, SLA credits, support credits, etc.) are non-exchangeable under all conditions.
Once credentials, license keys, or download links are issued, delivery is deemed complete and irreversible.
We do not provide alternate keys, reactivation codes, or swaps if the customer loses access or fails to use the product correctly.
Physical goods delivered by hand, courier, or third-party logistics are also non-exchangeable.
Any dissatisfaction with product condition, courier handling, or post-delivery issues does not entitle the customer to any exchange, substitution, or replacement.
Responsibility for risk of damage, delay, or loss passes to the customer immediately upon dispatch.
Customers will not receive any form of store credit, promotional voucher, gift card, or discount in place of an exchange.
We do not adjust pricing, match competitors, or offer future credits under any condition.
Before purchase, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to:
Verify product details, compatibility, and technical requirements.
Confirm their order accuracy (product name, version, quantity).
Ensure safe and proper storage of digital credentials or physical goods upon receipt.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
ViViD Global Services shall not be held liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a customer’s inability to exchange, replace, or modify a product or service.
Our total liability, if any, shall be limited only to what is expressly mandated by law, and never beyond the total value of amount INR 1,000— with no exchanges, replacements, or credits provided.
For third party products we do not undertake any liability in any manners.
By purchasing from ViViD Global Services, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ViViD, its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors against any claims, disputes, or losses arising out of our no-exchange policy.
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Vasai, or Mumbai, India, in English.
By purchasing from ViViD Global Services, you irrevocably agree and acknowledge that:
No exchange, replacement, or substitution will be provided under any circumstances.
No refunds, credits, promos, or vouchers will be offered in lieu of an exchange.
All risks, including dissatisfaction, technical incompatibility, courier mishandling, or digital access issues, are entirely the customer’s responsibility.
