If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Arbitration shall be conducted in English, seated in Vasai, or Mumbai, India, and the award shall be final and binding.
You waive all rights to bring claims in class actions or group litigation.
