Cancellation Policy – ViViD Global Services
Effective Date: 01 January, 2025.
At ViViD Global Services (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), we take pride in ensuring that all orders for our digital services, digital products, and physical goods are processed timely and efficiently. To maintain this efficiency, we enforce a strict no-cancellation policy.
This Policy forms an integral part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to all customers and all purchases made through our platforms, websites, or authorized representatives.
Once an order is placed with ViViD Global Services, it is final, binding, and non-cancellable.
Customers cannot cancel, withdraw, or reverse an order under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Mistaken orders, incorrect product selection, or duplicate purchases.
Change of mind, dissatisfaction, or preference.
Delay in delivery (digital or physical).
Technical issues on the customer’s side (internet, device, software).
Unavailability or discontinuation of promotions/discounts.
Digital products and services (licenses, activation keys, subscriptions, consultancy, professional services, downloads, SLA credits, and support credits) are processed timely after payment confirmation and post internal and management approvals.
Due to the nature of digital fulfilment, no cancellation is possible once credentials, license keys, or digital content are generated or shared, regardless of whether they are accessed by the customer.
Physical goods (if offered) are prepared and dispatched immediately upon payment confirmation.
Once an order is in process, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Responsibility for courier delays, mishandling, or damages rests entirely with the courier and/or customer — not ViViD Global Services.
Orders cannot be modified, substituted, or altered after placement.
Customers are responsible for verifying product details, compatibility, and order accuracy before completing the purchase.
We do not issue store credits, promotional vouchers, gift cards, or alternative compensations for cancelled or withdrawn requests.
Customers are not entitled to price adjustments if products or services later go on discount.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
ViViD Global Services assumes no liability for a customer’s inability to cancel an order.
We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of this strict no-cancellation policy.
Our total liability, if legally mandated, shall never exceed to the amount INR 1,000 — and no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges shall be permitted.
By placing an order, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ViViD Global Services, its employees, officers, affiliates, and contractors from any claim, dispute, or demand resulting from your inability to cancel or reverse a purchase.
This Policy is governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Vasai, or Mumbai, India, in English.
You waive any right to pursue claims through class-action proceedings.
By placing an order with ViViD Global Services, you irrevocably acknowledge and agree that:
No cancellations are permitted once an order is placed.
All risks associated with ordering, delivery, access, or use of products/services rest solely with you, the customer.
ViViD Global Services bears no legal responsibility, liability, or obligation for your decision to purchase, or for any consequences of this policy.
