TechEliteSoft ("we," "us," or "our") built the Vivah app as a Free/Freemium app. This service is provided by TechEliteSoft at no cost and is intended for use "as is."

For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, age, educational background, family details, and a profile photograph.
Local Processing (Offline-First): Vivah operates on an offline-first architecture. The personal information you enter to generate your marriage biodata is processed and stored locally within your device's application sandbox. We do not transmit, upload, or store your personal biodata details or photographs on any external servers or cloud databases.
To provide the core functionality of generating and sharing a PDF biodata, Vivah requires the following device permissions:
Camera / Photo Library: Required to allow you to upload a profile picture to your biodata. Photos remain on your device.
Storage Access: Required to save the generated PDF biodata to your device so you can view and share it.
The App may use third-party services that collect information used to identify you, strictly for analytical or crash-reporting purposes (e.g., Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics) to help us improve the app's stability. These services do not have access to the personal biodata information you type into the PDF generator.
We value your trust in providing us with your Personal Information. Because your data remains on your local device, the security of your biodata relies on your device's built-in security features (such as your lock screen and device encryption). We do not transmit your sensitive profile data over the internet.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
This Privacy Policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
