Take Last Epoch as an example. You have a certain amount of potion (same as in D4) that you carry on yourself, and you refill them by picking the new potions up from the floor. However, if your potion slots are full and you have no space to store the new ones, you'll automatically heal from the ones on the floor by stepping over them (same as picking them up). Since the potion drops are quite plentiful, most of the time you won't even have to worry about using a potion because you'll pick them up from the floor as you walk around killing monsters or damaging bosses, and get auto-healed. Only today I realized how brilliantly designed this Last Epoch's system is after dropping to 30% health while walking over literally 7 potion drops.

This concept wouldn't negatively impact any D4 mechanisms because: 1) potion drops are as plentiful in D4 as in Last Epoch, meaning the game isn't designed around having to save them up and use them cleverly. Since we're already showered with potions, at least eliminate the annoying part of always having to use one manually. I literally forget about their existence from time to time and I'm sure many others have the same issue; 2) If you want to eliminate the chance of auto-using a potion on 90% HP and essentially wasting it, make it so that they can only be auto-used after dropping below a certain amount of HP - for example, if a potion restores 100 HP, make it so that it's auto-used only after losing that exact amount of HP, or 80% of the total value (80 HP). This way, we're not forced to use them manually, fewer potions will be wasted and forgotten on the floor, AND the potions will be used cleverly only after losing a certain amount of health. Boss fights and intensive minion fights would be so much more fluid.

From my perspective, there are virtually no downsides to following Last Epoch's model and making potions auto-heal players after dropping below a certain amount of health, so, I'd love to see it implemented in the game.

The principles of Auto9 XL also apply to Auto8. Multiple pots are irrigated in a single tray and lid assembly by a single AQUAvalve5. Footprint is reduced. Fewer lights are needed for more tightly arranged plants. Vertical racking becomes a viable option thanks to reduced maintenance.

When we stand, gravity pulls more blood into the lower half of the body. In a healthy person, to ensure that a sufficient amount of blood reaches the brain, the body activates several nervous system responses. One such response is releasing hormones that help tighten blood vessels and cause a modest increase in heart rate. This leads to better blood flow to the heart and brain. Once the brain is receiving enough blood and oxygen, these nervous system responses settle back to normal.

Dysautonomia International estimates that POTS affects between one and three million people in the U.S. The majority of them are women, although men may also develop POTS. POTS is less common in young children, but it affects adolescents, and symptoms often develop during puberty. POTS may begin after an apparent or confirmed viral illness, but it can also appear following surgery and other health events.

Since POTS affects women of childbearing age, a common question is whether having POTS will affect the outcome of the pregnancy. In some studies, slightly more than half of pregnant women with POTS felt better than usual during their pregnancies, which might be due to the increase in blood volume that is present after the first few weeks of pregnancy. Others had a more variable course, with either stable POTS symptoms or an increase in POTS symptoms. Other complications of pregnancy appear to occur at about the same rate for women with POTS, and their newborns seem to be as healthy as infants born to mothers without POTS.

Many conditions share the same symptoms as POTS. POTS can complicate any other chronic health condition, from asthma to inflammatory bowel disease. The vast majority of adolescents and young adults with myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS) have POTS or related forms of orthostatic intolerance. The intensity of the fatigue, exercise intolerance and other symptoms are greater in those with ME/CFS and POTS than in those with POTS alone.

Physical therapy can make a difference for some people with POTS. Because sometimes POTS symptoms can worsen with exercise, physical therapy has to start slowly and advance based on your tolerance rather than a rigid plan. As your blood circulation improves with medications and diet, the exercise intensity may be gradually increased. The goal is to retrain the autonomic nervous system to allow for more exercise, which then helps increase the blood volume.

The Auto-Recovery Stone, commonly called auto-pot by players, is an item that allows players to set their Elixirs and Defense Charms to activate automatically. The Auto-Recovery Stone can be bought from the Boutique and is time-limited. The cheaper version lasts 7 days and the more expensive version lasts 30 days. Sometimes special events or Arc Codes may include a 7-day Auto-Recovery Stone.

The Auto-Recovery Stone has a secondary benefit of increasing the limit of use-able Active Points, which are used for auto-completing Daily Quests. The common Active Point limit is 30, but an Auto-Recovery Stone increases the limit to 9999 and allows players to spend points beyond 30.

In addition to being crafted, Healing Potions can be found naturally in pots after Hardmode activation and pots in the Underworld before Hardmode. Several are also dropped by the Wall of Flesh, Deerclops and Skeletron.

Auto-Potion (, to Pshon?) is a recurring support ability in the Final Fantasy series. A character with Auto-Potion will automatically use the weakest Potion available to heal themselves when they are damaged.

Auto Potion is an Augment in the 3D version. When a character is equipped with Auto Potion, they will automatically use a Potion to heal themselves when taking damage. It is given to the party when they find Rosa in Kaipo.

The accessory Doc's Code allows Zack to automatically use a Potion when he is in HP Critical. Doc's Code is a mission reward on mission 6-2-5 and can also be stolen from a Kactuare. The Heike Soul accessory also has an Auto-Potion effect.

Auto-Potion is a support ability learned from the Leviathan, Cactuar, and Tonberry GFs. It costs 150 AP to learn. When equipped to a party member, they will automatically use a potion in the inventory on themselves at half HP or less after being damaged. Items that can be used are: Potion, Potion+, Hi-Potion, Hi-Potion+ and X-Potion. Auto-Potion will trigger even under Berserk or in the final dungeon when the regular Item command is sealed.

Auto-Potion can be added to any customizable armor by spending four Stamina Tablet items. When in use, the character will use a Potion to heal themselves after taking damage when in HP Critical status. These items are affected by the Alchemy ability, or when using Rikku's Overdrive to mix a Trio of 9999 to increase the item's potency.

When the auto-ability is activated, the least powerful Potion available will be used, meaning a player's stock of Potion items will be used first. If there are no Potion items in the player's inventory, then Hi-Potions are used, and if there are no Hi-Potions, X-Potions are used. If a person with Auto-Potion in their armor is KO'd, the item will still be removed from the inventory as if it were used. Mega-Potions, Al Bhed Potions, and Elixirs are not used.

The Field Medicine accessory has Noctis automatically use a Potion when his health drops below half. The Good Chamberlain accessory for Ignis has him use a Hi-Potion on Noctis when Noctis's HP falls below half. The Grand Chamberlain has Ignis use an Elixir on Noctis when his HP falls to half.

What you can do is watch the BAG_UPDATE event and then auto rewrite the macro to Healthstone. This works when out of combat and results in a button that you can push that will have the functionality you describe.

Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS) is a disorder that can make someone feel faint or dizzy. It happens when the autonomic nervous system doesn't work as it should. The autonomic nervous system is the body's "autopilot" system, controlling things like heart rate, blood pressure, and breathing.

Usually when a person stands, the nerves of the autonomic nervous system tell blood vessels in the lower body to constrict (tighten). The tightening vessels work against gravity to keep blood from collecting in the legs. This automatic response makes sure the brain has enough blood flow to work well. If there is not enough blood flow to the brain, a person may feel lightheaded or pass out every time they stand.

In POTS, the autonomic nervous system doesn't work in the usual way, so the blood vessels don't tighten enough to make sure there is enough blood flow to the brain. To try to keep enough blood flowing to the brain, the autonomic nervous system makes the heart beat a lot faster instead.

Doctors also make sure the problem isn't due to anything besides the autonomic nervous system. Depending on the symptoms, tests might be done on other parts of the body. These might check the blood, heart, brain, eyes, ears, kidneys, muscles, nerves, hormones, digestive tract, and more. Typically, a diagnosis of POTS is confirmed when symptoms have lasted for several months and no other causes are found.

The autonomic nervous system is involved in many body functions, so managing all the symptoms related to it can be hard. Sometimes, patients try a few different treatments to find what works well without unpleasant side effects. Multiple doctor's visits may be needed to find the best combination of treatments that improve symptoms.
