Vitamin Sea - Wellbeing arts project, delivered in partnership by:
Artswork, through the Arun Inspires Programme in partnership with Arun District Council
A 3-year cultural development programme focused on children and young people in the District of Arun, which includes the towns of Bognor Regis, Littlehampton and Arundel.

Saltwater Creations provides fun, beach-themed workshops and other beach-related wellbeing activities to local schools and organisations, to help people improve their physical and mental well-being.
This project worked with 25 Year 1 and 2 pupils from Nyewood Infant School and 18 Year 11 Felpham Community College Students over a period of 5 weekly sessions at each location.
The sessions explored a range of creative skills and tasks inspired by the sea, focusing on emotional wellbeing and development, and offering the opportunity to gain 'Discover Arts Award' certification.
