VITALY ORLOV, Prof. Dr.

I have joined Zayed University as an Assistant Professor of Finance. My research interests include Empirical Asset Pricing, Mutual Funds, Behavioral Finance, and International Finance.

Previously, I served as an Assistant Professor of Finance at the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland), 2017-2023, Swiss Institute of Banking and Finance (s/bf-HSG), and a faculty member of Swiss Finance Institute, 2020-2023, Assistant Professor of Finance at the University of Vaasa (Finland), 2016-2017. 

I did my Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Vaasa (Finland) (AACSB-accredited). I was a Visiting Professor at Columbia Business School (USA), Georgia State University (USA), CUNEF (Spain) and served as an interim lecturer at the University of St. Gallen.
