Q: How does the camera heart rate measurement work?
A: Place your finger over the rear camera and flash. The app uses Photoplethysmography (PPG) to detect blood flow changes and calculate your heart rate within 30 seconds.
Q: Is my health data secure?
A: Yes. All your health data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect or transmit any personal health information to external servers. If you opt-in to Premium AI Insights, ONLY raw, anonymous numerical data (like heart rate or blood pressure) is processed securely by Google's Gemini AI to generate wellness tips. Your name, age, gender, and identity are NEVER sent.
Q: What languages are supported?
A: We support 17 languages: English, Vietnamese, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese (BR & PT), Russian, Turkish, Arabic, Bengali, Hindi, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese.
Q: How do I restore my Premium purchase?
A: Go to Settings → tap "Upgrade to Premium" → tap "Restore Purchases". Your previous purchase will be restored automatically if you are signed in with the same Apple ID.
Q: Can I track health data for my family members?
A: Yes! Premium users can tap the "Add Family" pill on the top right of the Home screen to create unlimited profiles. Each profile maintains completely separate and organized health records.
Q: Can I export my health data?
A: Yes (Premium feature). Go to History and tap the Export button to generate a PDF file that you can share with your doctor or save for personal records.
Q: Does this app provide medical advice?
A: No. This app is designed for general wellness tracking only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.
