AI Power (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect user data in compliance with applicable global privacy laws, including GDPR, CCPA, VCDPA, LGPD, and Google Play policies.
AI Power does not collect personal identifiers such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or precise device identifiers for targeting or advertising purposes.
AI Power only collects photos that users explicitly choose to upload for AI processing to generate images or videos .
These photos are:
Temporarily uploaded to Firebase Storage
Processed using:
ModelArk Seedream 4.5 API
Gemini API (used solely for AI image generation and does not retain user photos)
Vidu API (used for generating AI video content from uploaded photos)
Uploaded photos are used only to generate the selected AI effect and are automatically deleted within 24 hours after processing.
To better understand how users interact with app features and to improve product usability and stability, AI Power uses Firebase Analytics with the following strict limitations:
Only anonymous, aggregated in-app events are collected (such as feature entry, button clicks, AI generation success or failure states).
Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Performance Monitoring collect anonymous crash reports and device information (including coarse device identifiers) for app stability and performance monitoring. No user photos, personal identifiers, or payment data are collected.
No user photos, personal identifiers, payment data, or account information are collected through Firebase Analytics.
Firebase Analytics data is not used for advertising, remarketing, targeted profiling, or individual user identification.
Analytics data is used solely for:
Product improvement
Feature optimization
UX and stability analysis
Where required by law, analytics collection may be limited or disabled based on user consent or regional regulations.
AI Power integrates Adjust as a mobile attribution and analytics service for the sole purpose of:
Measuring installation sources (e.g., Google Play organic, referral links)
Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Preventing attribution fraud
Adjust processes limited, pseudonymous data, which may include:
App install timestamps
Attribution source identifiers
Coarse device information, including Device ID (used only for attribution purposes, not for advertising or profiling)
Aggregated subscription or in-app purchase metadata (used only to link installs with paid actions for attribution purposes)
Adjust does not receive:
User photos
Names, emails, phone numbers
Full payment details such as credit card numbers or billing information
Google account credentials
All data collected by Adjust is used solely in aggregated form for attribution and campaign analysis and is not used for targeted advertising or individual user profiling.
AI Power does not collect or store:
Names, email addresses, or phone numbers
Precise location data
Contacts or address books
Advertising identifiers for targeted ads
Behavioral profiles linked to identifiable users
App Permissions:
INTERNET: Required to upload selected photos and download processed images.
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: To check network availability.
FOREGROUND_SERVICE: Required to allow AI image generation tasks to continue when the app enters the background, ensuring that user-initiated AI processing can complete successfully and generated images can be saved to the app’s sandbox storage.
FOREGROUND_SERVICE_DATA_SYNC: Required to support background data synchronization related to AI generation tasks, including saving generated images and updating task status while the app is not in the foreground. These background tasks occur only when the user initiates an AI generation action and are fully visible to the user.
POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Required to notify users when an AI image generation task has completed successfully. Notifications are used solely for functional purposes and do not contain marketing or promotional content. Notifications are generated locally on the device and are not used to collect user data.
com.android.vending.BILLING: Required to support optional in-app subscriptions and virtual credits. This permission allows AI Power to securely process payments through Google Play Billing, verify subscription status, and deliver virtual credits to the user. Payments are handled entirely by Google Play; the app does not collect or store users’ payment details. This permission is only used for user-initiated subscription purchases and virtual credit management and is not used for advertising, analytics, or other background activities. No personal identifiers or usage data are collected as part of subscription or virtual credit management.
Advertising ID (Ad ID) and Install Referrer: used only for analytics and attribution.
WAKE_LOCK permission: allows AI generation tasks to continue when the app is in the background.
No personal or behavioral analytics are collected. Firebase Analytics is only enabled to support anonymous Firebase A/B Testing for AI model performance evaluation. No personally identifiable information, user photos, or device identifiers are collected. All Firebase Analytics events used for A/B Testing are strictly anonymous and cannot be linked to individual users or devices.
In addition to the data practices described above, AI Power includes the following optional features that may involve limited data processing strictly necessary for functionality:
AI Background Processing
To allow AI image generation tasks to continue when the app enters the background, the app uses foreground service mechanisms. This ensures that user-initiated AI image generation can complete successfully and that generated images can be saved to the app’s sandbox storage.
No background processing occurs without a user-initiated AI generation action.
The app may send local or system notifications to inform users when an AI image generation task has completed successfully.
Notifications are used solely for functional purposes and are not used for marketing or advertising.
AI Power may offer optional paid subscription plans through Google Play Billing.
If a user chooses to subscribe:
Subscription status (active, expired, canceled)
Subscription product type (weekly or monthly)
Virtual credit issuance and consumption records
may be processed and stored to ensure correct entitlement delivery.
Virtual credits:
Are granted periodically based on an active subscription
Are consumed when users generate AI images
Are used solely within the app and have no monetary value
Payment information such as credit card numbers or billing details is never accessed or stored by AI Power and is handled entirely by Google Play.
AI Power may support Google-based sign-in mechanisms to:
Verify user identity
Synchronize subscription entitlements and virtual credits across devices
Only a non-public, platform-provided account identifier is used for this purpose.
AI Power does not access:
Google account email address
Profile information
Contacts or social data
The account identifier is used solely for entitlement synchronization and is not used for advertising, analytics, or user profiling.
Data Collection and Usage:
To improve product experience and feature performance, this app uses a behavioral analytics service provided by Camory Apps (camoryapps.com).
This service collects only anonymous in-app usage data, such as feature clicks, usage frequency, and time spent on certain functions.
No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected, including names, email addresses, images, or device identifiers.
Data Transfer and Storage:
The collected anonymous data is securely transmitted and stored on servers located in mainland China (https://www.camoryapps.com).
This data is used solely for statistical analysis and product optimization and will not be shared, sold, or used for advertising or tracking purposes.
Data Security:
Both Camory Apps and this application follow strict data security standards, including encrypted communication (HTTPS/TLS) and access control mechanisms.
User Rights:
Users can disable analytics-related features at any time through the app settings (if available). Once disabled, the app will stop uploading behavioral data immediately.
The app may access or transmit certain technical identifiers and metadata, including:
Device identifiers (such as Advertising ID / Ad ID)
Install referrer information
Anonymous crash and performance logs (via Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics)
Wake lock status for background AI processing
Purpose and Use:
These data types are collected solely for:
Analytics and performance monitoring (anonymous and aggregated)
App functionality and stability
Install attribution and marketing measurement (via Adjust)
Fraud prevention and security
Important: These identifiers are never linked to user photos, personal identifiers (names, emails, phone numbers), Google account information, or payment details.
They are not used for targeted advertising, profiling, or personalized marketing.
Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics / Performance:
Device identifiers may be collected in anonymous or coarse form for app stability, crash reporting, and anonymous A/B testing.
No personally identifiable information (PII), photos, or payment details are collected.
Analytics data is used only to improve app performance, features, and stability.
Adjust Install Attribution:
Device identifiers, including Ad ID, are processed in pseudonymized form strictly for measuring install sources and campaign effectiveness.
Data is never used for targeted advertising or profiling.
User Control:
Users can reset their Advertising ID or limit ad tracking through device settings.

Advertising ID / Ad ID – for analytics and attribution only
Install Referrer – to link app installs to marketing campaigns
Wake Lock – to allow background AI generation tasks to complete
Photos are collected solely to:
Apply the AI effect selected by the user
Render images using the ModelArk Seedream 4.5 API
Generate AI video content using the Vidu API based on user-provided photos and prompts
Return the processed image to the user’s device
Improve app performance, stability, and usability
Measure installation sources and campaign effectiveness
Uploaded photos are automatically deleted from Firebase Storage within 24 hours after processing is complete. Photos are not used for other purposes beyond the specific AI feature selected.
AI Power only shares user data as necessary to provide the AI processing service:
ModelArk Seedream 4.5 API: Processes photos for AI effects. Their platform has its own privacy policy outlining how personal data may be collected, used, stored, and protected when using their services. Seedream 4.5
Gemini API (Google LLC): Used for advanced AI image generation and text-to-image prompt optimization. Data is processed through Google’s secure infrastructure. Firebase Storage (Google LLC): Temporarily stores photos for processing. Firebase is part of Google’s infrastructure and operates under Google’s privacy and security standards detailed in their privacy documentation. Firebase
Firebase Analytics (Google LLC): Receives anonymized app usage data for internal analytics and product improvement.
Camory Analytics (Camory Apps): Receives anonymous in-app usage data for statistical analysis and product optimization. The data is not used for advertising, marketing, or user profiling.
Vidu API (Shengshu Technology): Processes uploaded photos to generate AI video effects. Their platform maintains its own privacy standards for data processing.
We do not sell or share user photos for marketing, profiling, or unrelated third‑party purposes.
The app uses third-party libraries, such as Tencent PAG (an animation rendering library), which may collect limited, non-user-identifiable technical information such as rendering performance metrics or crash signals solely for the purpose of improving animation stability. This data is not linked to user identity, photos, or device-level identifiers. No personally identifiable information, including photos, contact information, or device identifiers, is collected or shared with these third-party services. Users’ AI-processed photos remain fully private and are not transmitted to these services.

Specifically, firebaselogging.googleapis.com is used by Firebase SDK to send anonymous performance and crash logs to Firebase servers. These logs do not include user photos, personal identifiers, or other private data, and are used solely to monitor app reliability, improve stability, and enhance user experience.
In addition to the services listed above,AI Power may integrate the following infrastructure services strictly for app functionality and service improvement:
Google Play Billing – subscription management and payment processing
Firebase Authentication – optional user authentication
Firebase Realtime Database – storage of virtual credit issuance and consumption records
Firebase A/B Testing – used solely to evaluate AI model performance in an anonymous and aggregated manner. Firebase A/B Testing requires limited Firebase Analytics events to function, but no personally identifiable information, user photos, or device identifiers are collected. Data collected is used only to compare AI model performance across anonymous user groups.
These services operate under Google’s privacy and security standards and process data only on behalf of AI Power
ModelArk Seedream (referred to generically by the third‑party service Seedream 4.5) has its own privacy policy that may collect personal data such as usage data, account information, and web cookies if interacted with directly on their platform. They use personal information to provide and improve service functionality and may retain personal data as required. Vidu API (Shengshu Technology) Privacy The AI video generation feature is powered by the Vidu API, provided by Shengshu Technology. When you use this feature, your uploaded photos are processed to generate video content. These photos are processed ephemerally for the sole purpose of video generation. Gemini API (Google LLC) Privacy AI Power uses the Gemini API to provide advanced AI image generation and text-to-prompt optimization. When you use these features, data is processed by Google in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Generative AI Terms of Service. Photos stored temporarily in Firebase Storage are subject to Firebase’s privacy and security practices. Firebase supports compliance with major privacy regulations (such as GDPR and CCPA) and implements encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and ISO/SOC certifications, helping protect stored data according to Google’s privacy and security standards. Processed images are delivered to the user’s device and are not retained on our servers.
Users retain full control over their photos and may request deletion or information at any time as described in the User Rights section.
Subscription status records and virtual credit usage records may be retained for as long as necessary to:
Maintain accurate subscription entitlements
Prevent fraud or abuse
Restore user benefits across devices

AI Power is not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly process personal data of individuals under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has used the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data, including photos uploaded for AI processing, at any time. Upon request, we will delete such data without undue delay, even if automatic deletion has not yet occurred.

If any personal data we process is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request that it be corrected or updated.
Right to know about data sharing
You have the right to know whether your personal data is shared with third parties. As described in this policy, photos may be shared only with service providers (ModelArk Seedream 4.5 API and Firebase Storage) strictly for processing purposes.
Right to opt-out of selling, sharing, or profiling
AI Power does not sell personal data, engage in targeted advertising, or perform profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. As a result, no opt-out action is required. If our practices change, users will be provided with clear opt-out mechanisms.
Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority
