中国新硅谷深圳湾：探访腾讯众创空间

Description:

Tencent, with its Wechat, QQ and game platform, is undoubtfuly a leading Internet company, both in China and worldwide. How to sustain its growth momentum? Tencent Public Space (Tencent Incubator) aims to foster next-generation startups with its modern infrastructure as well as training, marketing and financing services.

This trip is a joint effort by The Center for Asian Entrepreneurship and Business Values (CASEBV), iDendron and Tencent Public Space. it will motivate HKU students to deepen their understanding of entrepreneurship and broaden their view of entrepreneurship, particularly in the light of Shenzhen-Hong Kong context. It will also facilitate communication between HKU entrepreneurs and Tencent entrepreneurs, sparkle ideas and lay out foundation for long-term business collaborations.

Theme: “FinTech Startups: Huge Traps or Opportunities?” - An Open Discussion on Fintech Opportunities

Date: Mar 24, 2018 (Sat)

Time: 9:30-17:00 (Depart from HKU main campus)

Venue: Tencent Public Space, Shenzhen Software Industrial Base, Shenzhen

Content:

1. Visit Shenzhenwan Science and Technology Ecological Garden, Tencent Building, Tencent Incubator.
2. FinTech startups selected from Tencent incubator and HKU will share their businesses.
3. Mystery Guests from Tencent, Alipay, top FinTech companies and HKU will give speeches and share their brilliant ideas on FinTech.

Language: Mandarin and English

Cost: 200HKD (Transportation and lunch included)

Capacity: 45 participants.
