Camera Access: We use your device camera only to capture visitor photos during registration. We do not access or store any other media.
Device Information: We may collect non-personal technical information such as device type, operating system, and app version for performance monitoring.
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
To register and manage visitor entries and exits.
To verify visitor identity using a photo.
To improve the app experience and ensure security.
To send important updates, such as WhatsApp OTPs (if used for verification).
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Data may be shared only in the following cases:

With service providers (e.g., cloud storage) for storing visitor data securely.

Enterlyze does not retain or store personal data on servers owned or controlled by Enterlyze.
The Enterlyze solution is deployed and hosted entirely within the customer organization's infrastructure (on-premises or customer-managed cloud environment). All personal data, including visitor information, employee information, attendance records, photographs, and any face data processed by the application, remains within the customer's environment and never leaves their premises.
Enterlyze does not maintain any backdoor access, remote access, or independent copy of customer data.
Data retention periods are determined, managed, and controlled solely by the customer organization in accordance with their internal policies and applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
Face Data Retention
Enterlyze does not retain facial biometric data on any Enterlyze-owned or managed infrastructure. Any face data processed by the application remains within the customer's environment and is managed exclusively by the customer organization. Enterlyze does not have access to, collect, or retain face data outside the customer's infrastructure.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
