SHIPPING & EXCHANGE POLICY

SHIPPING: In Digital services, physical shipping is not applicable however your order will be processed immediately after receiving the payments. In case of any delay, please do not forget to email us.

EXCHANGE: Our Services are not exchangable, however you can apply for moderation of contents. Post delivery free moderation will not be applied. Any additional services post service delivery will be chargeable extra.

• We have frequnt approval and review policy for every project. Stay relax, before final delivery we will get final confiartion from you.

• Every project will have single service window, so you don't need to contact many people. One of our Customer Success Manager will be in tuch with you during the project.

If applicable, Vision Digital reserves the right to hold the refund payment until we receive a completed letter of destruction of the Product signed by you.

The present Refund policy is part of the Vision Digital’s Reserved TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
