This is what the board of the game looks like where all the pawns will move
There are a total of 100 boxes or balloons in the playable area
Types of boxes/balloons:

Balloon with 2 written on it
Balloon with 3 written on it
A blank balloon
4x25 = 100
There are total 8 frog pawns of different colours
Each player picks 1 for themselve
Players use their frog pawns to move around on the board or hop on the other ballons
There will be 2 types of dice in the game:
Number dice: a dice with numbers up to 3 (each number occurs twice on the dice)
Action dice: Action dice has 5 unique actions. (Move, Pop, Un-pop, Poison & Blank)
There are total 100 such cutouts which are to be used to cover the blocks on the board, i.e. to pop the balloons when the player gets "POP" on their action dice. (The number of balloons to be popped are to be decided by the number dice.
Each player picks a Frog Pawn and starts on any block.
Keep the Star Cutouts (Popped Balloons) in a pile.
Roll the Number Dice and the Action Dice together:
Dice:
Number: You may get the numbers 1, 2 or 3 on it.
Action dice: It decides your move
MOVE: Hop to any unpopped block that matches your Number Dice.
Rule: If you are currently on a Blank block, you must move to a numbered one.
POP: Place Stars on the number of blocks shown on your Number Dice. These balloons are now "Popped."
Example: If you get the number 2 on your number dice, then cover any two blocks on the board
Unpop: Unpop one balloon.
Rule: Here, the number on the number block is dismissed, and you may uncover any one block on the board
POISON: Place Stars on the number of blocks shown on your Number Dice. If you land a Star on a block where an opponent is standing, they are instantly OUT.
Rule: Poisoned thrice means you're out.
Rule: You cannot poison a player on a blank balloon
BLANK: The Wildcard! Ignore the number and hop to any unpopped block on the board.
ELIMINATED: You are out if you are Poisoned thrice, or if you are told to MOVE but every block with that number is already covered.
WINNER: The last player left on the board!

Then you’re out of luck! If there are no unpopped balloons left with your number, your frog falls off the board and you are eliminated.
