This Privacy Policy applies to Elite Labs’s websites and software applications. Elite Labs knows that you care how information about you is used and shared. This Privacy Policy explains what information of yours will be collected by Elite Labs when you access our websites or use our software, how the information will be used, and how you can control the collection, correction and/or deletion of information. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information we collect by other means (including offline) or from other sources. The use of information collected through our websites and software shall be limited to the purposes under this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service to customers.
When using our products and services, we collect Personal Data about you from different sources listed below. In this Policy, “Personal Data” means any information related to an identified or identifiable individual, and does not include data whereby personally identifiable information has been removed (such as anonymous data).
1. Personal Data We Process
We may collect data or ask you to provide certain data when you use our products and services. The sources from which we collect Personal Data include:
The application needs to collect information such as installed apps (package name, version name, version code), application signature, installation source,... for virus analysis. All data is not saved on the server after analysis.
The data of users' installed package information or file information of scanned files for malware you send to our cloud server is needed to provide the services to you, to offer you an accurate detection of malware and detect suspicious espionage threats. 2. Automatically Collected Information
- Usage data: When you access and use the Services, we receive and store information about interactions with our Services, including pages or screens you viewed, how long you spent on a page or screen, browsing history, navigation paths between pages or screens, information about your activity on a page or screen, access times, and duration of access.
- Device data: We collect information about your device such as your mobile device’s operating system type and version, manufacturer and model, browser type, device type (e.g., phone, tablet), IP address, unique identifiers, language settings, mobile device carrier, radio/network information (e.g., WiFi, LTE, 4G) to help you with your experience.
- Cookies: we use cookies when you have interaction within the app, which we will explain in the “Do we use ‘cookies’?” article below.
3. Information from third-party providers

There are types of data we will collect for features and functions of the apps, and other purposes will describe in “How do we use your information” in this document. In addition, we also present the consent dialog clearly to user in app.
Product information:
Information about the product's operation and its interaction with the user, like the duration of threat scans or the frequency of feature usage, is collected to improve our products and make them more user-friendly.
License/Subscription Information:
When it comes to subscription or in-app product, this data is used to identify legitimate users and to maintain the communication between the product and Protectstar services, which includes sending and receiving product databases, updates, etc.
Information on Installed Applications:
This information assists in creating "whitelists" of harmless applications, prevents false identification of such applications as malicious, and helps update categories for Parental Control and Application Startup Control features. It also allows us to offer security solutions that best meet user needs.
Threats Detected:
When a threat (new or known) is found on a device, we collect information about it. This allows us to analyze the threat's source, infection principles, etc., leading to improved protection for all users.
Device Data:
Information like device type and operating system is collected to ensure that users do not need to purchase a new license after reinstalling their operating system. It also assists us in analyzing cyber threats by determining the prevalence of specific threats across various devices.
Personal data:
Storage access: The permission to access photos, videos, medias, and other files is used to read and display in app, which users can modify, delete the contents of their storage.
Wifi connection: to identify the network that users collect with, then examine if the network is secure or not.
Location Data: Our app may collect and transmit Precise Location data to improve user experience and provide location-specific features. This data may also be processed by third-party SDKs for essential services like analytics and personalization. Users control location permissions in settings, and we ensure compliance with privacy standards.
- Device location data from GPS, Wi-Fi networks, compass readings, accelerometer measurements, and other device sensors;
- Your IP address when accessing our Application;
- Location-indicating information provided by you or other users, including account information that indicates where you are located, and shared information that you or others post which indicates your location.
We may use the information we collect from you (if you give us consent to) in terms of products, business, and additional purpose, which are listed below:

Detecting and preventing cybersecurity threats, such as malware, on your device;

Transmitted user information will only be used for the aforementioned limited purposes, which the user has agreed to.

3. Additional purpose

If you are a customer of Elite Labs, we will retain your information for as long as your subscription is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
If you are a visitor to Elite Labs’s websites we will retain your information for as long as necessary but no longer than five years after your last visit to our websites.
Users must have a readily discoverable option to initiate app account deletion. When we delete an app account based on a user’s request, we delete the user data associated with that app account. We need to retain certain data for legitimate reasons such as security, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance, we informed you about your data retention above.
We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards.

AntivirusSDK provides Android malware detection services. It collects application data but not other data for antivirus purpose:

AntivirusSDK DOES NOT collect any personal information from the mobile devices, including username, password, email address, address, telephone number, contacts, text messages, fingerprint, photos, and videos etc.
Device Data
AntivirusSDK DOES NOT collect any device information, including device name, manufacture, model, system version and device id etc.
Application Data
AntivirusSDK collects the application data like package name, MD5 hash and signature information. CloudSDK uses them to determine if an application or APK file is a virus.
AntivirusSDK will not sell, license, transmit or disclose this information outside of AntivirusSDK and its affiliated companies unless (a) expressly authorized by you, (b) necessary to enable AntivirusSDK contractors or agents to perform certain functions for us, or (c) required or permitted by law. In all cases, we will disclose the information consistent with applicable laws and regulations and we will require the recipient to protect the information and use it only for the purpose it was provided.
