Our call for proposals is available and we are ready to accept submissions!

Our priority deadline was March 30, 2026. Our extended deadline is April 20, 2026. If you will submit between March 30 and April 20, 2026, please go to the proposal submission form and indicate that to us so that we have enough reviewers during the extended submission time frame.

A note on our name: When we began this grassroots endeavor years ago, we hoped to host one single virtual gathering to provide connection, access, and support to members of our community. Our values were central to that first year's gathering (Making Change, Taking Space), which informed our second gathering in 2025 (Leading With Our Values: Community as Resistance). As we look toward the future, we plan to continue to center our values, which has driven our shift from the somewhat generic "Virtual Gathering" toward the Leading With Our Values Virtual Gathering. Thank you for supporting us as we continue to live out our values.
