Virginia Minni

I am an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. My research focuses on questions in labor, organizational, and development economics.

I collaborate with organizations to study the overarching question of why some people reach their potential in the labor market while others do not, analyzing which frictions prevent it and how to alleviate them.

I received my PhD in Economics at the London School of Economics (LSE).
