Virginia Minni

In the academic year 2023/24, I will join the Institute for Fiscal Studies as a Post-Doctoral Fellow.  In July 2024, I will join The University of Chicago Booth School of Business as an Assistant Professor of Economics. I received my PhD in Economics at The London School of Economics (LSE).

My research focuses on questions in labor, organizational, and development economics. 

I collaborate with large organizations to study why some people reach their potential in the labor market while others do not, which frictions prevent it and how to alleviate them. You can learn more about my research here and find my CV here.
