VIP Coaching (“the app”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles, how it is used, and how it is stored.
1) Information you provide
• The app allows you to enter information such as your name, birthday, and survey responses, including details like age, activity level, goals, schedule choices, and preferences.
• This information is used only to provide app features such as workout planning, saved progress, reminders, personalization, and app settings.
2) How information is stored
• Information you enter in the app is stored locally on your device using on-device app storage.
• The app does not require you to create an account.
• The app does not upload your personal information to a developer-owned server.
3) Sharing of information
• The app does not sell your personal information.
• The app does not share your personal information with third parties.
• Information stored by the app remains on your device unless you choose to interact with an external service.
4) Notifications and device features
• The app may use device features such as notifications, vibration, or alarms for app functions you choose to use, such as workout reminders or in-app feedback.
• These features are used only to support app functionality on your device.
5) External links
The app may include links to external services such as YouTube, Instagram, email, maps, or other websites and apps. If you open an external link, you leave VipCoaching and the privacy policy of that external service will apply.
6) Permissions
VipCoaching only uses device permissions or access that are reasonably necessary for features you choose to use. If access is requested, it is for an in-app feature, and you may choose to deny it, subject to your device settings and Android behavior.
7) Data retention and deletion
• Your data remains on your device unless you delete it.
• You can remove app data at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing the app’s storage through your device settings.
8) Children’s privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13, and the developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9) Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. If it is updated, the new version will be shown in the app with a revised “Effective date.”
