Key Duties & Responsibilities
Communication with suppliers, warehouses and clients in the Italian Market
Coordinating import procedures
Communicating with terrestrial logistic companies
Handling customers' and suppliers' requests
Collaborating with colleagues in order to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Competencies
Degree in Logistics or Business Administration
Preferably 2 years of experience in the Logistics Sector
Excellent knowledge of English language
Excellent knowledge of Italian language
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Customer-centric approach
Critical thinking skills
Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
