This is an entry-level and full-time position with a working schedule from 9:00-17:00, for our offices based in Thermi and city center.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Check Online & Spot rates in Shipping Lines’ websites
Register ocean and land rates in the databases
Proofread filings by Shipping Lines, to make sure they are in line with the agreed deals.
Ensure the company's database is always updated
Assist in overcoming impediments that hinder operational performance (bookings that cannot be submitted, filings that are not reflected in the system, vessel schedules that are not clear etc.)
Collaborate closely with all freight procurement colleagues, aiming to assist in their day-to-day activities
Qualifications & Competencies
Degree in Logistics or Business Administration, or any other related field
Preferably one year of experience in an office setting
Excellent knowledge of English, proficient level is necessary
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Communication skill
Attention to detail
Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
