Internal Control Officer

We are looking for a professional based in Thessaloniki, that will be working on a shift of 9:00-17:00, on a non-fixed contract.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct daily checking of new orders issued in the ERP system
Review details of each transaction and prevent from mistakes on them
Identify mistakes in registrations, operational mistakes, extra costs, wrong initial expectations
Prepare clear, concise audit reports presenting findings (both for management)
Provide recommendations on corrective actions in collaboration with the teams' leaders
Monitor implementation of recommendations and report on progress

Qualifications & Competencies

Degree in Logistics or Business Administration or any other related field
Excellent knowledge of English
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Customer-centric approach
Critical thinking skills
Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
