We are looking for a professional, based in Thessaloniki, who will be working on a shift of 9:00-17:00 and will join our Quality & Claims Team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Handling of Paper Samples
Data Entry and Electronic Document Management (photos, documents, data)
Collaborating with colleagues in order to ensure customer satisfaction
Communicating with suppliers and customers for Claim Negotiation

Qualifications & Competencies

Degree in Logistics or Business Administration or any other related field
Excellent knowledge of English
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Customer-centric approach
Critical thinking skills
Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
