Willow
Willow is a masterful floor ritualist, her movements weaving sorrow into splendour. A generational talent in floor rituals, she transcends her limitations with grace, dancing with a brilliance that no misstep can dim. In battle, her prowess in inflicting Genesis DMG to enemies via Poison is unmatched, though it is imperative that she is deployed alongside Tuesday (see extended analysis below). While she has a rather high Critical Technique for a Plant arcanist, all resonance layouts prioritise maximising ATK above all else given that her main source of DMG, Poison, scales with it. At R10 and beyond, a hybrid build is preferred given that Tuesday allows Poison to critically hit. It is not recommended to deploy her without Tuesday, however, if you happen to do so, a build maximising ATK and survivability is best.

Resonance Pattern
Equibalance is the optimal Resonance Pattern for Willow as it provides the highest ATK, which is what Poison—and by extension, Hag's Bane—scales with. It also provides moderate survivability with some additional DEF over Placidity.

Psychube
Her Mournful Face is the optimal Psychube for Willow in terms of DMG output. Despite having lower stats, it is generally still preferred over her signature Psychube Offbeat Strides in most scenarios due to its significant Poison DMG buff, the conditions for which are inherently fulfilled.
Amplification: Recommended
Offbeat Strides is Willow's signature Psychube and becomes the ideal choice when additional survivability is desired. While it boasts higher overall stats, and can theoretically match or exceed the output from Her Mournful Face, the conditions that allow for it to happen are not feasible to maintain throughout the battle. It does, however, have significantly higher HP and DEF stats as well as providing substantial DMG Reduction, leading to greatly enhanced survivability over Her Mournful Face.
