I am an applied economist, currently a postdoctoral scholar at ESPOL (Institut Catholique de Lille). Before that, I was an ATER (research and teaching fellow) at the Sciences Po Department of Economics. I obtained my Ph. D. in Economics from University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne in June 2025.
My research focuses on the empirical analysis of public private contractual relationships, both through the lens of public-private partnerships (PPPs) and traditional public procurement. My work lies at the intersection of public economics, political economy and contract theory.
