These Subscription Terms apply to all subscription services available in the Vimorph mobile application. By purchasing or activating a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms, together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
We may provide free trial access to subscription features. Your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the prevailing rate for your chosen cycle if you fail to cancel at least 24 hours prior to trial expiration. You will be charged the price displayed upon initial checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle, including weekly, monthly and annual plans, unless canceled ahead of the renewal date. Renewal fees will be charged to your saved payment method or your app store payment account.
Upon subscription confirmation, you authorize us and our authorized payment providers to deduct recurring subscription fees from your designated payment method. Charges are collected at the start of each billing period. You shall maintain valid, accurate and updated payment information at all times.
Cancellation terminates future automatic renewal charges. You retain full access to subscribed functions until the current billing cycle concludes. No partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused subscription time.
Uninstalling the application cannot cancel your ongoing subscription. You need to manually complete cancellation procedures.
Apple In-App Purchases
Manage or cancel subscriptions anytime via your Apple ID settings. Cancellation must be completed no less than 24 hours before the billing cycle ends to avoid subsequent charges. You take full responsibility for your subscription management. Related guidance can be found on official Apple Support pages.
External Link Purchases
Cancel your subscription directly inside the account settings page of the application.
We reserve the right to revise subscription prices in compliance with relevant laws. Reasonable advance notice will be delivered via in-app notifications, emails or other visible forms. You may cancel the subscription before new pricing takes effect if you disagree with the adjustment. Continued use of subscribed services after price updates confirms your acceptance of new charges.
Apple In-App Purchases
All refund applications must be submitted to Apple official support. We have no authority to process refunds for transactions completed on Apple App Store.
External Channel Purchases
All payments made through external links are final and non-refundable, except circumstances required by local consumer protection laws.
