Vimi AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the Vimi AI mobile application (the “App”) and related services (collectively, the “Services”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “user”) and Vimi AI, governing your access to and use of the Services.
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Services and must discontinue use immediately.

You agree to use the Services in a manner consistent with these Terms and all applicable laws. We prohibit activities that harm others, compromise safety, or violate our community standards, as detailed below.
To ensure a secure community, you must not use the Services to create, upload, or distribute content that:
Depicts, promotes, or facilitates sexually explicit material or nudity.
Involves, depicts, or suggests minors in any inappropriate, harmful, or exploitative context.
Incites, promotes, or glorifies violence, hatred, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
Constitutes bullying, harassment, or threats against individuals.
Promotes, glorifies, or provides instructions for suicide, self-harm, or dangerous acts.
Facilitates or encourages illegal activities.
By uploading images or generating content through the Services, you grant Vimi AI the right to review such content for compliance with these Terms. We employ automated systems and human moderation to monitor content.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove any content that violates these Terms and to suspend or terminate the account of any user in violation. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement or other appropriate authorities.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. You access the Services at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with all local, state, national, and international laws and regulations applicable to your use.
The Services are not designed to comply with industry-specific regulations (such as HIPAA, FISMA, or GLBA). If your activities are subject to such laws, you may not use the Services.
Our Property: All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to software, code, databases, design, text, graphics, audio, video, photographs, trademarks, service marks, and logos (collectively, “Our Content”), are owned by or licensed to Vimi AI and are protected by law.
Limited License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services and to download or print portions of Our Content for your personal, non-commercial use only.
Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, transmit, sell, license, or exploit any part of the Services or Our Content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
Your Submissions: By submitting ideas, suggestions, feedback, or other materials (“Submissions”) to us, you grant Vimi AI a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use such Submissions for any purpose and assign to us all intellectual property rights therein.
You are solely responsible for:
All images you upload and videos you generate using the Services.
Ensuring you have all necessary rights to any content you submit.
Your conduct on the platform and compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
We recommend that you retain a copy of these Terms for your records.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vimi AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. The Services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
