RUTLAND, Ohio — The Rutland Department of Public Service will complete pothole repair on Main Street and Salem Street Wednesday, February 11, 2026. Residents are asked to refrain from parking their vehicles on berms until the repair work is completed. Motorists traveling through the Village are urged to exercise caution.
