RUTLAND, Ohio — The Rutland Civic Center-Village Hall will be closed Monday, January 26, 2026 due to inclement weather. Any building rental scheduled for Monday, January 26, 2026 is also cancelled, and will be rescheduled by the Village Clerk's Office in consultation with the renting party, who may opt for a refund in lieu of rescheduling. Public Service personnel will continue to report for snow removal on facility grounds.
