RUTLAND, Ohio — Mayor Tyler M. Eblin, Director of Parks and Recreation Jade Nutter and local artist Michele Musser are pleased to announce a Children's Painting Class scheduled for Saturday, December 20, 2025 at 12 PM at Rutland Civic Center.
The class will be a pilot course to gauge the interest of the local community. Mayor Eblin explains if the pilot course is successful, and there is substantial public interest, a monthly children's painting course would be held.
Registration fees will be assessed at $25.00 per child. Fees may be paid at the door, or online at www.villageofrutland.org. To register a student for the class, parents and guardians are asked to submit their registration online via the link provided below.
