RUTLAND, Ohio — The Rutland Village Council Finance Committee and Public Service Committee will each convene for a committee hearing on Monday, March 16, 2026, with the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Committee convening at 6:45 P.M. and the Public Service Committee at 8:15 P.M.

The Parks, Recreation and Community Services Committee will conduct a public hearing on the following proposed ordinances:

• Ordinance 2026-09, Relating to the Lease of Municipal Facilities and the Rates Thereof.

The Public Service Committee will conduct a public hearing on the following proposed ordinances:

• Ordinance 2025-38, Financing the Lynn Avenue and Lynn Street Phase II Storm Sewer Construction and Resurfacing Project and the Weber Street Asphalt Overlay Project.

All meetings will be held in the Mayor's Chambers at Rutland Civic Center, located at 337 Main Street, Rutland, Ohio 45775. Public attendance is welcomed and encouraged. All meetings will be made available via Facebook livestream at www.facebook.com/villageofrutland.
