RUTLAND, Ohio — The Rutland Village Council Finance Committee; Parks, Recreation and Community Services Committee; and the Public Service Committee will each convene for a committee hearing on Monday, April 27, 2026, with the Finance Committee convening at 6:00 P.M., the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Committee convening at 6:45 P.M. and the Public Service Committee at 8:15 P.M.

The Finance Committee will conduct a public hearing and quarterly review of the cash receipts, cash disbursements and appropriations of public funds for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026.

The Parks, Recreation and Community Services Committee will conduct a public hearing on the following proposed ordinances:

• Ordinance 2026-09, Relating to the Lease of Municipal Facilities and the Rates Thereof.

• Ordinance 2026-10, Establishing the Adult Recreational Basketball Program.

The Public Service Committee will conduct a public hearing on the following proposed ordinances:

• Ordinance 2025-38, Financing the Lynn Avenue and Lynn Street Phase II Storm Sewer Construction and Resurfacing Project.

All meetings will be held in the Council Chambers at Rutland Civic Center, located at 337 Main Street, Rutland, Ohio 45775. Public attendance is welcomed and encouraged. All meetings will be made available via Facebook livestream at www.facebook.com/villageofrutland.
