Cool Stuff to Share:  We love our open Common House with its decked-out kitchen, cozy den, exercise room, craft area, and gas fireplace. If you need a shovel or a power tool, it's in the shed. We even use veggies from our community garden at our Thursday night Community dinners.

Pet Paradise: Of course, pets are family, so bring them along! From play dates in the dog park to cat naps in the sunshine, our pets thrive on neighborly attention and yours will too!

Built for Everyone: Accessibility is at the heart of our design. Homes feature 36-inch no-threshold doorways, wide hallways, and roll-in showers. Paved pathways connect our homes at 5% or less grade throughout. 

Neighbors Who've Got Your Back: Need a hand, a hug, someone to water your plants or walk your dog?  We've got that neighborly magic, where support is just around the corner or across the sidewalk.
