Our Villa 4M is a family villa, built in early 2023 with a heated swimming pool.

The 3.5 *7 m swimming pool has a roller shutter for security.

It is ideally located less than 9 minutes walk from the Platin Beach and 15 minutes from the Saint Palais sur Mer market. It is 300 metres from the cycle path and less than 1 km from Royan Golf Course and the equestrian centre.

 It is a sea villa in the countryside, in complete calm. In the morning, the birds are happy to wake you up, no car noise. When the wind is in the west, you hear the sound of the sea. The Tête Nègre lighthouse is a few hundred meters away, as the crow flies, it is a good landmark to orient yourself.

 Villa 4M has 5 large single bedrooms, with 3 bathrooms, including 1 master bedroom, king size bed, with an independent bathroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds. We also have a cot and a high chair for babies. Bed linen can be provided on request, and cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant.

The equipped kitchen is open to the dining room and the terrace. The Villa has an awning to enjoy a covered terrace.

The 7 x 3.5 m swimming pool is heated, equipped with an electric curtain, for safety. The terrace around the pool is made of exotic wood, it is more than 60 square meters. We provide a gas barbecue (Camping Gaz) with plancha and grill, for 12 people. For winter, a magnificent pellet stove will brighten up your evenings, it is programmable remotely. The villa is equipped with a TV, TNT channels, and has wifi, and fiber.

It has a water softener for the whole house, and electric heating in the bedrooms. In the garage, there is an extra fridge (and freezer) as well as a washing machine.
