About Me

I'm a 3rd year PhD student in the computer science department at Purdue, advised by Prof. Ananth Grama. Broadly, I'm interested in connectomics. I apply concepts from machine learning and network sciences on brain images to better understand the underlying mechanisms. Currently, I'm interested in characterising brain signatures of a functional connectome.

I've previously worked on single cell transcriptomics, protein prediction (in TU Munich), rehabilitation robotics (in DLR/German Aerospace Center) and wireless networks (in the Indian Institute of Science).
