The Viju Customer Portal is a mobile application developed to provide Viju distributors with secure access to their distributor accounts, financial information, stock records, invoices, loading requests, support services, and communication with Viju account officers. The App integrates with Viju's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to display distributor information.

This information is displayed within the App but remains managed by Viju's ERP systems.

The App does not modify financial or order records within the ERP unless specifically authorized through Viju's backend services.
To register, you must use the phone number already associated with your Viju distributor account.
Identity verification is completed using a One-Time Password (OTP) sent via SMS before account activation.
If you choose to upload a profile photo, the App accesses your device's photo library only after obtaining your permission.
Your photo is used solely for your account profile.
The App allows you to generate:
Account Statements
Stock Statements
These documents are generated upon your request and may be saved or shared using your device's standard sharing features.
The App may send push notifications for:
New chat messages
Support ticket updates
Invoice updates
Waybill status changes
Broadcast announcements
Loading request updates
You may disable notifications in your device settings, although doing so may affect your experience.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your information may be shared only with:
Viju authorized personnel
Assigned Account Officers
