As a pivotal member of the CSR Module Design Team, I spearheaded the design of a dynamic and user-centric interface for our Customer Service Representative (CSR) module. This project aimed to streamline customer interactions, optimize sales processes, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.Objective
The primary objective was to conceptualize and implement an intuitive UI that empowered users to efficiently manage customer relationships, track sales leads, and analyze data insights. Additionally, the UI design prioritized accessibility and user testing to ensure widespread usability and satisfaction.Process:
- Research and Analysis: Conducted extensive research on industry-leading CSR platforms and emerging UI/UX trends. Analyzed user personas, user stories, and stakeholder feedback to identify key requirements and pain points.
- Collaborative Design: Worked closely with the development team to align UI design with technical specifications and project objectives. Utilized collaborative design tools to create wireframes and prototypes, soliciting feedback from developers and stakeholders iteratively.
- Accessibility Integration: Infused accessibility principles into the UI design, adhering to WCAG guidelines to ensure inclusivity. Implemented features such as keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, and high contrast options to accommodate users with diverse needs.
- User Testing: Conducted rigorous usability testing sessions with a diverse pool of users to evaluate the effectiveness of the UI design. Gathered qualitative and quantitative feedback to identify usability issues, iteratively refining the design based on user insights.
